KEDA

KEDA is Productboard's adopted autoscaling capability for event-driven workloads on Amazon EKS. It extends Kubernetes autoscaling with signals from external event sources, allowing workloads to scale according to demand that is not represented well by CPU or memory utilization alone.

Use KEDA when an event source such as queue depth provides the most meaningful scaling signal, including scale-to-zero workloads where appropriate.
