Rootly

Rootly is our incident management automation platform for coordinating incident response and postmortem processes.

We use Rootly to automate manual tasks during incidents including creating Slack channels, Zoom meetings, inviting stakeholders, updating status pages, and generating postmortems with JIRA integration. While we handle alerting and on-call separately, Rootly streamlines our incident coordination once incidents are declared.
